We're hiring

Help us power up London.

We're growing fast, and we need two cheeky people to grow with us. A sales hunter chasing new venues, and a field operator keeping the network humming. Bring the energy — we'll bring the rest.

About Cheeky

Portable phone chargers in every London venue worth being at.

Cheeky Charging puts portable phone chargers in bars, cafés, gyms, hotels, and event spaces across the UK. When someone's phone is dying mid-night-out, mid-meeting, mid-anything — they tap our charger, take it with them, and drop it at any other Cheeky station when they're done.

We're small, scrappy, and growing fast. Every person on the team makes a real dent. Get in early — there's a lot of upside.

Why Cheeky

Real perks. Real freedom.

No fake foosball tables. No mandatory standups at 8am. Just a properly flexible job with real money on the table for the right person.

💸

Uncapped commission

Minimum wage as a guaranteed base. Then commission on top — the more you bring in, the more you earn. No ceiling.

🕒

Properly flexible

Set your own hours. Work the times that suit you. We care about results, not whether you're sat at a desk by 9.

😎

Relaxed crew

Small team, no bureaucracy, no jargon, no suits. Just people who like getting things done and having a laugh while they do.

🚀

Get in early

We're at the start of something big. Help us build it and you'll be part of the story — not just a number on a payroll.

Open roles

Two roles, big upside

Both are based in London, both pay minimum wage plus commission, both are properly flexible. Different jobs, same energy.

Sales

Venue Hunter

You're the engine of growth. Every café, bar, gym, club, hotel, and event venue in London is a potential Cheeky station — and your job is to sign them up.

What you'll do

  • Pitch venues. Walk in, charm them, show them the kit, sign the partnership.
  • Build a pipeline. Cold visits, warm intros, events, social, your own contacts.
  • Network like a pro. Industry events, opening nights, the right rooms.
  • Own the relationship. From first hello to signed deal to first-week check-in.
  • Feed back intel. What venues love, what they object to, what would close the deal.

Who you are

  • Naturally social. Strangers feel like mates within five minutes.
  • Confident, not pushy. You can read a room — know when to lean in.
  • Self-driven. No one needs to chase you. You set your own pace.
  • Hungry. The bigger the commission, the harder you go. You like a leaderboard.
  • London-savvy. You know the venues, the neighbourhoods, the scene.

What you get

  • UK minimum wage as a guaranteed base.
  • Uncapped commission per signed venue — no ceiling.
  • Quarterly bonus pool for top performers.
  • Full pitch kit — sample chargers, merch, business cards.
  • Flexible hours — work when venues are open and people are around.
Operations

Field Operator

You keep the network humming. Stations stocked, batteries topped up, venues happy. If a charger's dying, you're already on the way. London is your office.

What you'll do

  • Service the network. Run your route, swap depleted batteries, check the kit.
  • Keep venues happy. Pop in, say hi, make sure everything's working.
  • Spot problems early. Faulty cables, broken slots — flag it, fix it, escalate it.
  • Rebalance the network. Move chargers between busy and quiet venues as needed.
  • Photograph and log. Quick photo + note for anything you fix or flag.

Who you are

  • Hands-on. Bit of basic problem-solving doesn't faze you.
  • Mobile. Ideally own a moped or bike — London is way faster on two wheels.
  • Reliable. If you say you'll be there at 2pm, you're there at 2pm.
  • People-friendly. Be the face venue staff are glad to see.
  • Independent. Manage your own route, own your day.

What you get

  • UK minimum wage as a guaranteed base.
  • Per-stop commission — earn more for keeping more stations healthy.
  • Fuel / mileage allowance if using your own moped or bike.
  • All kit provided — bag, batteries, tools, branded gear.
  • Flexible routes and hours — set your own schedule.
How to apply

Want in?

We accept CVs. But we'd love a two-minute video introduction even more.

🎥 Why a video? We're hiring for personality as much as anything else. A CV tells us about your past — a video tells us about you. Two minutes, your phone camera, no production needed. Tell us your name, why you'd be cheeky at Cheeky, and one thing about you that doesn't fit on a CV. That's it.
Make it unlisted/private — we'll never share it. Tip: introduce yourself, why Cheeky, one thing not on your CV.
